How a Custom Engagement Ring Is Made

  1. Consultation: Bring us your idea: a photo, a sketch, or a ring you've seen. We talk it through with you, including the center stone.
  2. Design: We design your ring in CAD and send you pictures of it.
  3. 3D view: For many designs we also send a 3D view you can turn on your phone, and on some you can try the ring on your hand virtually.
  4. See it in the store: You're welcome to come in and see the 3D design on our computer.
  5. Wax try-on (optional): We can 3D-print a wax model of your ring for you to try on.
  6. Casting and pickup: Once you approve the design, we cast your ring locally, set the stones and finish it. It's covered by our Lifetime Care.
