Custom Design

Our Farsi 3D Bespoke Method includes consultation, CAD previews, an optional 3D prototype, and your approval at every step. We only cast after you've approved the final design. If any adjustments are needed before casting, we handle them at our cost. See how our custom process works →

Returns & Exchanges

7-Day Return Window

• Returns accepted on unworn, non-custom jewelry within 7 days of purchase
• Items must be in original, unaltered condition (packaging not required)
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs, and returns must be sent with tracking
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method as soon as we've received and inspected the return — usually a few business days to appear, depending on your bank

Exchanges Welcome

• Exchange for a different size or style within 7 days
• Item must be unaltered and in original condition
• Price difference applied if exchanging for a different value

Not Eligible for Return

• Custom or personalized jewelry (engraved, CAD-designed, or made-to-order)
• Altered or worn items
• Items showing signs of wear or damage

  We stand behind our work. If accent stones fall out due to manufacturing issues, we'll replace and reset them at no charge.

  Complimentary follow-up inspection for custom pieces and heirloom redesigns

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects in settings and metalwork
• Loose or fallen accent stones and melee diamonds, due to setting issues
• Prong re-tipping and maintenance checks
• Free sizing within 90 days of pickup on pieces we create (standard sizing limits apply)

What's Not Covered

• Lost center stones or lost jewelry (insurance highly recommended)
• Customer damage — bent rings, chains broken in accidents
• Normal wear and tear on high-traffic areas
• Items lost or stolen

We provide detailed documentation for insurance purposes, including:

• Independent diamond grading reports (GIA or IGI, depending on the stone)

Custom Design Policies

Our No-Surprises Process

• Step 1 — Consultation & design: we listen, sketch, and create your CAD design
• Step 2 — Review & revisions: you review digital renderings and approve, or request changes
• Step 3 — 3D prototype (optional): try on a resin model to confirm fit and scale
• Step 4 — Final approval: you approve before we cast
• Step 5 — Creation & delivery: we cast, set stones, finish, and deliver your piece

Timeline

• Most custom designs: 2–4 weeks
• Complex projects: up to 6 weeks
• Rush options available on request

Payment

• Custom projects are paid in full up front to begin — no deposits or balances to chase
• Payment is non-refundable after design work begins and materials are ordered
• If we cannot complete your project for any reason, a full refund is issued

Cancellation

• Before design work begins: full refund
• After CAD design & material ordering: payment is non-refundable, as design work and materials have been committed
• After casting begins: no refund — your piece is in production

Repairs, Resizing & Restoration

Our bench handles:

• Ring sizing and resizing
• Prong re-tipping and rebuilds
• Stone setting and resets
• Chain repair and soldering
• Clasp replacement
• Jewelry cleaning and polishing

Turnaround

• Many repairs: same day
• Ring sizing and prong repair: 4–5 business days

We prioritize ethical practices with verifiable proof:

• Conflict-free diamonds
  Purchased only from suppliers compliant with Kimberley Process standards. Supplier documentation available on request.
• Certified stones
  Natural and lab-grown diamonds include third-party grading from GIA or IGI, with the certificate provided with your piece.
