Custom Design Promise
Our Farsi 3D Bespoke Method includes consultation, CAD previews, optional 3D prototype, and your approval at every step. We only cast after you’ve approved the final design. If any adjustments are needed before casting, we handle them at our cost.
Important: Custom and personalized items (including engraved or CAD-based designs) stop being refundable once your CAD is produced, so we make sure you love the design before we go further. You can still change the design right up until casting.

Returns & Exchanges
7-Day Return Window
- Returns accepted on unworn, non-custom jewelry within 7 days of purchase
- Items must be in original, unaltered condition (packaging not required)
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs, and returns must be sent with tracking
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method as soon as we’ve received and inspected the return — usually a few business days to appear, depending on your bank
Exchanges Welcome
- Exchange for different size or style within 7 days
- Item must be unaltered and in original condition
- Price difference applied if exchanging for different value
Not Eligible for Return
- Custom or personalized jewelry (engraved, CAD-designed, or made-to-order) once your CAD is produced — see Custom Design Policies below for cancelling before that point

Our No-Surprises Process
- Step 1 — Consultation & Design: We listen, sketch, and create your CAD design
- Step 2 — Review & Revisions: You review digital renderings and approve (or request changes)
- Step 3 — 3D Prototype (Optional): Try on a resin model to confirm fit and scale
- Step 4 — Final Approval: You approve before we cast
- Step 5 — Creation & Delivery: We cast, set stones, finish, and deliver your piece

- Most custom designs: 2–4 weeks
- Complex projects: up to 6 weeks
- Rush options available upon request
Payment
- Custom projects are paid in full up front to begin — no deposits or balances to chase
- Payment becomes non-refundable once your design is underway and the CAD is produced
- If we cannot complete your project for any reason, a full refund is issued

Is sizing free on a ring you made for me?
Yes, within the first 90 days after pickup we size and fine-tune the fit at no charge. After that window, sizing is quoted as a normal repair. Standard sizing limits apply.
