We want you to love your jewelry — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Standard Returns

We offer a 7-day return window on eligible items to ensure you’re happy with your purchase — while also respecting the time and care that goes into each piece we create

  • Unworn and in its original condition

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: any item that has been resized, altered, or customized is not eligible for return.

To start a return, email us at info@farsijewelers.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Custom & Non-Returnable Items

Custom pieces — including special orders, personalized items, or custom-designed jewelry — are made just for you and are non-refundable once production begins. We work closely with you throughout the process to make sure you’re happy with your design. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We’ll evaluate the issue and take care of it promptly.

Exchanges

Need something different? Start a return as usual. Once accepted, you can place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.)

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to them.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund. For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or adding insurance.
