Shipping Costs

Orders over $350 within the United States qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $350 incur standard shipping fees. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout, with costs determined by our shipping calculator for faster delivery options.

Shipping Method

All shipments within the United States are sent via UPS and require a signature upon delivery. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout.

Local Pickup

Customers may opt for free local pickup at our store: 6128 Roswell Rd, Sandy Springs, GA 30328. Contact us at info@farsijewelers.com to arrange pickup.

When Will My Order Ship?

Estimated handling times vary and are indicated on product pages and during checkout. Products are either In-Stock or Made to Order.

In-Stock Items

Most in-stock items ship immediately, but some may take up to 5-7 business days to process. Product pages specify if an item ships immediately or requires processing.

• Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET (excluding weekends and holidays) for ready-to-ship items ship the same day.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET ship the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Made-to-Order Items

These items are crafted after your order is placed. Allow 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for creation and processing before shipping.

All orders ship based on the selected shipping method at checkout.

Restrictions

• We do not ship to hotels or P.O. boxes.

• Shipping addresses cannot be changed after order placement and payment approval due to payment authorization restrictions.

• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, per our shipping contract.

• Farsi Jewelers is not responsible for delays due to inclement weather, carrier issues, or other causes beyond our control.
