Can I reuse my stone in a new ring band?

Absolutely! If you have a stone you'd like to set in a new band, we can help you with that. Just bring your stone and the desired band, and our jewelers will take care of the rest.

Do you offer jewelry repair services?

Yes! We offer jewelry and watch repairs, including resizing, stone replacement, clasp repairs, watch battery changes, and band adjustments.

Where does Farsi Jewelers ship?

Because custom jewelry design are created just for you, they’re final sale once production begins. But don’t worry — we’ll guide you through each step to make sure your jewelry design exceeds expectations. If anything isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Do you offer exchanges?

If you’d like to exchange your piece for a different size or style, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. (provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging. Custom or engraved pieces are final sale.)

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Your pieces will arrive in our 100% recyclable box and reusable cotton pouch. Sending as a gift? Add the finishing touches with our signature gift box, available to add within your cart.
