How much does a custom engagement ring cost in Atlanta?

Lab-grown vs. natural diamonds – which should I choose?

Both are real diamonds with identical physical and optical properties — the same hardness, the same brilliance, graded on the same 4Cs. The difference is origin and price: a lab-grown diamond costs a fraction of a natural diamond of the same size and grade, which is why most of the engagement rings we build now use them. Natural diamonds are chosen for rarity and for how they formed, which matters to some couples. We carry both with full independent certification, price every stone individually, and give you what you need to decide. How long until I get my custom ring?

Can I change the design after I see CAD?

What if I'm not happy with the prototype?

We adjust or remake it before casting — you only move forward once you approve the design.

What if I don’t like it when I see it?

Nothing is cast until you approve it. You see a photorealistic CAD render, and on most pieces a 3D-printed model you can put on your hand, before any metal is poured. Changes at that stage cost nothing — that is the whole reason we work this way. The centre stone is quoted separately from the ring, so swapping it is arithmetic rather than starting over.

What if the ring size is wrong?

We size it. On any ring we make, sizing and fine-tuning the fit are complimentary within the first 90 days after pickup, done here in Sandy Springs. Standard sizing limits apply.

How do I know I am getting the exact diamond I picked?

Your stone is identified by its grading report number, and you get that number when you order — before the piece exists. The report is issued by GIA or IGI, not by us, and you can check it directly with the lab. If your stone carries a laser inscription of that number on the girdle, we will show it to you under magnification.

Can I see a ring on my hand before it is made?

On select pieces there is a 3D view on the product page you can turn and look at from any angle, and on a phone you can hold up your hand and see the ring there. We are adding it across the custom design and engagement ring collections, and we can set one up for a particular piece on request — just ask.

Can I see how my custom jewelry is made?

Yes — and not only in general. You follow your own piece: the CAD render, then the 3D-printed model, then photographs added to your order as the work moves through the bench. We also filmed the full process — CAD to casting to polish — in our Sandy Springs studio. Watch the behind-the-scenes video

Repairs, Resizing & Care

How long do repairs or resizing take?

Many repairs are done the same day; ring sizing and prong repair take longer, and we give you a date when you drop the piece off. Rush service may be available — please call ahead. See jewelry repair services.

Resizing, prong tightening and chain repair are quoted per piece, after we take a look.

Do you clean jewelry for free?

Yes! We provide lifetime cleanings and inspections for pieces we make.

Is sizing free on a ring you made for me?

Yes, within the first 90 days after pickup we size and fine-tune the fit at no charge. After that window, sizing is quoted as a normal repair. Standard sizing limits apply.

Do you offer a warranty?

Can I return a custom ring?

Custom and personalized pieces are non-refundable once production begins, and we make sure you approve the design before casting.

What is your return window on other items?

7 days on unworn, non-custom jewelry in original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and returns must be sent with tracking. See our Refund Policy.

Is shipping insured?

Yes — insured, trackable, and signature required. Free shipping on orders over $350 within the U.S. We ship within the United States only.
