A custom-designed 14K yellow gold engagement ring built around a 1.21 carat marquise cut lab-grown diamond. The marquise sits north-south at the top of the ring, framed by princess cut diamond accents that climb each shoulder in a scattered, asymmetric arrangement. The effect is modern and a little unexpected not a traditional three-stone or halo.
