The face of this 6mm grey tantalum band is cut with a fractured pattern — irregular dark channels branching across the surface like cracked stone or dry earth, no two sections the same shape. The raised areas between the cracks are lightly brushed, so the recessed lines stay dark and the pattern reads clearly from a distance. The band is domed, and the texture wraps the whole way around.

About tantalum
Tantalum is element 73: a naturally dark blue-grey metal, genuinely scarce, and dense enough that it sits heavier on the hand than 14K gold — closer to the weight of 18K. It will not tarnish and it will not corrode. It contains no nickel, and it's the same metal used in orthopedic and dental implants. This one is tantalum in its natural state — no plating, no coating, just the metal's own blue-grey color.

Shipping & Pickup
Every package we send is fully insured and requires a signature — no exceptions. Orders of $349 and up ship free within the U.S., typically in 3–4 business days, with faster UPS air options available at checkout.
We ship through Parcel Pro, a UPS company that specializes in insured jewelry shipping. If waiting at home for a signature is inconvenient, your package can be routed to a nearby UPS Store instead — you receive a secure code by email and collect it whenever suits you. Residential deliveries require someone over 21 to sign.
Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET for ready-to-ship items ship the same day; orders placed after 2:00 PM ET ship the next business day. For made-to-order pieces, please allow 15 business days; if you need it sooner, email us — we accommodate rush orders regularly.
In-store pickup is always free at our Sandy Springs showroom.

Bring your piece back to us any time for cleaning, inspection and re-tightening — no charge. We check the stones and prongs while you wait.
Many repairs are done the same day, on our own bench in Sandy Springs, by the people who made it. Ring sizing and prong repair typically take four to five days.
We use responsibly sourced materials, including lab-grown diamonds and recycled gold.
